KIM TAYLOR and WERNER GRAF
FOR N.J. STATE ASSEMBLY

DISTRICT 15
Ewing ~ The Hopewells ~ Lawrence ~ Pennington ~ The Princetons ~ Trenton

The time has come for us to make a choice for the sake of New Jersey’s future. The future of our State depends on the choices we will make on November 3, 2009.

Today there is an increasing focus on the countless choices available to us. But what about choosing to do the right thing? Is it right that property taxes are steadily increasing while property values are decreasing? Is it right that unemployment is increasing while small businesses are decreasing? Is it right that providing high-quality education in a secure environment for those who are referred to as “our most vulnerable” is decided not by what is right but by the dollars to be saved? Is it right that because of careless overspending nearly 2/3rds of the state workforce is being asked to pay personally for the costs of the administration’s financial errors while the current administration asks for a second chance to get it right?

From the northern most tip of Hopewell to the southern most point in Trenton, from the western most edge of Ewing to the eastern most edge of Lawrence Township, the people of this district deserve better than the same old broken fiscal bandaids haphazardly placed on the gaping wound of New Jersey state government economics.

The people of the 15th district, like all New Jerseyans, deserve to have their property values preserved, their homes protected, and their communities kept safe.

The children of the 15th district, like children across the state, deserve access to quality education, safe streets, and the freedom to enjoy childhood as it should be.

The senior residents of this district, just like seniors across New Jersey, if they so choose, deserve to live out their golden years in the same neighborhoods in which they have spent the past 50, 60, 70 without fear of becoming victims of crime. They deserve to receive timely and effective services and should not be overwhelmed by the burden of ever increasing property taxes.

The people of the 15th district deserve better than the tired old game of politics over people. The people of this district deserve legislators in the State Assembly who hold and act upon a new sense of urgency; assembly people who will work tirelessly and successfully to get the fiscal state of this state on the road to economic recovery and the hardworking people of this district moving once again toward prosperity; assembly people who like Kim Taylor and Werner Graf will never waver in upholding their sworn obligation to serve; assembly people who recognize the obligation to represent and serve all the people of the district and not the interests of a political party.

With Kim Taylor and Werner Graf elected to the New Jersey State Assembly, November 3, 2009 will be the beginning of the journey to a more prosperous future for all the residents of New Jersey’s 15th legislative district. So, that’s why we are running. That’s why we look forward to serving in the State Assembly representing the people of New Jersey’s beloved and esteemed capital district.

Our vision is clear: Tuesday, November 3, 2009 will be the beginning of an end to broken promises. Election Day 2009 will be the start of a new era in fiscal responsibility and public accountability.
